Altero.lv launched its platform in June 2016 and since then we have served more than 245K clients and over all there have been granted 270 million EUR via Altero platform within Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. Altero team consists of more than 40 team members (total in Baltics). We have more than 70 lending partners within Baltics. We are leading loan brokers in Baltic market. Looking for business analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Improve Altero business data management system to enable data-driven decision-making culture within the Altero group.
• Generate reports from single or multiple systems. Collect and interpret data, analyze results & creating automated reports for internal teams.
• Define new data collection and analysis processes which would identify actions to be taken to improve Altero set KPI’s.
• Perform ad-hoc requests from leadership and various divisions (marketing, sales, finance).
• Coordinate and make proposals for improving data quality in Altero.
• Creating research summaries in different formats including spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Presentations, graphs, and standard, written summaries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a business data analyst or similar position.
• Experience with BI tolls like QlikSense, PowerBI, or other.
• Decisive and committed.
• Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of languages: Latvian and English.
